As CEO and Co-Founder of Kaizen CRM, Melvin leads the company's vision, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and customer development. Inspired by years of watching sales professionals spend more time documenting work than serving customers, he helped create Kaizen's AI-powered Voice-to-Document platform to eliminate paperwork and let professionals simply talk while the technology handles the documentation.
In addition to his technology career, Melvin is an accomplished author whose published novels include Kuya and The Caddy and Broadway and Bluegrass, reflecting his passion for storytelling, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
